Tato Algorta exposed Gran Hermano's production for a major mistake live on air
The participant detected a flaw in the leadership trivia and once again raised doubts about the mechanisms of veracity
During the broadcast on Monday, May 26, a tense moment shook the Gran Hermano house when Santiago "Tato" Algorta discovered a key error in the weekly leadership challenge. The mistake was acknowledged by the production team, which changed the course of the game.
Everything happened during a trivia question round. The host Santiago del Moro asked in which year Nicolaus Copernicus had died. Tato answered 1534, while Lourdes Ciccarone wrote 1555. The correct answer was 1543.
Initially, the point was awarded to Lourdes. However, after Tato's protest, the production team reviewed the answer and admitted the mistake. The point was corrected and given to the contestant, who later became the leader of the week, securing his immunity for the Wednesday, May 28 gala.

Reaction on social media: criticism of the host and full support for Tato
On social media, the situation did not go unnoticed. Fans erupted against the host and the production team for not having detected the mistake immediately.
"Don't you know how to do math?" "Tato solved in a second what they couldn't in minutes" and "Del Moro pretended not to notice," were some of the most repeated comments. Reality show followers also highlighted Tato's quick thinking and celebrated that justice was served.

Lourdes's elimination: emotion, farewells, and tears
In the same gala, Lourdes Ciccarone was eliminated after facing Katia "La Tana" Fenocchio in a positive nomination. With 9.2% of the votes, Lourdes became the tenth eliminated, while her rival was saved with 11.5%.
The previous Sunday, Juan Pablo de Vigili and Tato Algorta himself had been the first to be saved by the public, with high percentages of support. Then, Eugenia Ruiz was rescued "randomly," followed by Luz Tito and Selva Pérez.

Before leaving the house, Lourdes said her goodbyes with warm words: "Thank you, Gran Hermano, thank you all, I love you. Thank you for opening these doors for me." She asked everyone to remember that this is a game, "not a contest of values," and ended with: "I love you, go for it."
The departure hit some housemates hard. Ulises Apóstolo asked her to look after them from outside, while Luz encouraged her with a "Go for it!" Sandra Priore and La Tana broke down in tears after the dissolution of the "Triangle," the affinity group they shared.
Once in the studio, Lourdes was welcomed by Santiago del Moro, her family, and some former housemates, including those from the "Power Rangers" group. Her arrival was celebrated with emotion, despite the setback she experienced in the house.
El error del conductor de Gran Hermano que casi cuesta el liderazgo a un participante.
