The government will seek impeachment against Judge K who released terrorists

The criminals were detained on charges of assault following the violent riots at Congress

Hours after being detained during the disturbances that occurred in the supposed "retirees' march" in front of Congress, 114 far-left terrorists were released by decision of Karina Andrade, a ultra-Kirchnerist judge and head of the Court of First Instance in Criminal, Misdemeanor, and Offenses No. 15.

The majority of those arrested, 94 in total, were detained by the City Police on charges of assault and resistance to authority, following the violent incidents at Congress.

In this context, Javier Milei's government harshly criticized Andrade for her defense of the violent criminals, who caused destruction, injuries, and multimillion-dollar damages in downtown Buenos Aires. Meanwhile, the libertarian administration will proceed with the political trial against the Kirchnerist judge for possible breach of her duties.

This initiative was confirmed by the Minister of Justice, Mariano Cúneo Libarona, who spoke about the violent disturbances of yesterday through a post on X.

"The hooligans are organized criminals who went to Congress yesterday to destroy everything within their reach and attack the police. It was not a protest or an exercise of freedom of expression; it was criminals committing crimes in full view of society," explained the minister.

"However, City Judge Karina Andrade, instead of investigating who sent those hooligans to sow chaos, decided to release them in less than 8 hours," added Cúneo Libarona. For this reason, "her actions will be analyzed by the CABA Judicial Council for possible breach of her duties."

Hours earlier, the presidential spokesperson, Manuel Adorni, also referred to the Kirchnerist judge and her outrageous measure to release the far-left terrorists: "Judge Karina Giselle Andrade ordered the release of the 114 detainees who, along with many others, destroyed the City of Buenos Aires yesterday and attacked the security forces."

"The revolving door justice is directly responsible for the insecurity in Argentina. Those who advocate for impunity in every ruling are also accomplices," concluded Adorni.

The disturbances

From Milei's government, they described the demonstration as an attempt at destabilization. At least 46 people were injured, of which 26 were police officers. Meanwhile, sources from the City Police indicated that a total of 20 injuries were reported within the force, and five of them remain hospitalized.

Additionally, they reported that six vehicles and two patrol cars were damaged during the disturbances. From the Buenos Aires Ministry of Security, they specified that each patrol car has an approximate cost of 55 thousand dollars. Acts of vandalism were also recorded against bins, containers, and sidewalks, with damages estimated at 275 million pesos.
