Hours after being detained during the disturbances that occurred in the supposed "retirees' march" in front of Congress, 114 far-left terrorists were released by decision of Karina Andrade, a ultra-Kirchnerist judge and head of the Court of First Instance in Criminal, Misdemeanor, and Offenses No. 15.
The majority of those arrested, 94 in total, were detained by the City Police on charges of assault and resistance to authority, following the violent incidents at Congress.
In this context, Javier Milei's government harshly criticized Andrade for her defense of the violent criminals, who caused destruction, injuries, and multimillion-dollar damages in downtown Buenos Aires. Meanwhile, the libertarian administration will proceed with the political trial against the Kirchnerist judge for possible breach of her duties.

This initiative was confirmed by the Minister of Justice, Mariano Cúneo Libarona, who spoke about the violent disturbances of yesterday through a post on X.
"The hooligans are organized criminals who went to Congress yesterday to destroy everything within their reach and attack the police. It was not a protest or an exercise of freedom of expression; it was criminals committing crimes in full view of society," explained the minister.
