Pro-Crime Measures

One of the proposals Mamdani has made through social media is the elimination of cash bail. This is a system in which a person who has been arrested must pay a sum of money to be released while awaiting trial.

Since the purpose of this bail methodology is that defendants effectively appear in court on the day of trial, its elimination could mean that dangerous criminals might escape.

Another idea he has shared through social media is the elimination of mandatory minimum sentences, which require minimum sentences for those convicted of certain crimes, such as pedophilia, homicide, and drug trafficking, among others.

In the same vein, Mamdani proposes the elimination of the application of maximum sentences, with the aggravating factor that this would have a retroactive effect. Among all the proposals, this is one of the most concerning, because it would guarantee violent criminals the ability to serve minimum or lesser sentences than appropriate and reoffend easily.

With the aim of flooding the streets of one of the world's largest cities with criminals, Mamdani has proposed the implementation of parole by age.

Although he has not yet specified at what age he would set parole, this would make it possible to release prisoners regardless of the crime they have committed, which would represent a huge danger to society.

As if that were not enough, Mamdani has stated that if he becomes the next mayor of New York City, he will restore the right to vote to convicted and incarcerated individuals.

Additionally, for those seeking to enjoy the use of illegal drugs, Mamdani proposes the opening of "safe consumption" spaces, which would allow people to use hard drugs such as cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl under medical supervision.

Not only should doctors be present in those spaces, but they would also be required to intervene immediately in case someone overdoses, generating immense government expenses.

Expansion of the LGBT Agenda

Despite his Muslim radicalism, his fanaticism for leftist policies has led him to include in his nefarious program a wide range of pro-LGBT policies, promoting immoral practices in public spaces.

A clear example of this is the abolition of a law that allowed the detention of transsexuals engaged in prostitution in public spaces, in addition to dirtying the streets and corrupting the minds of underage children who walk the streets of the "Big Apple."
