The Government of Javier Milei, through the Ministry of Human Capital, announced the suspension of a teacher at a privately managed public school located in the Buenos Aires locality of Banfield, after detecting a serious case of Kirchnerist indoctrination toward the students.
The measure was taken after reports about the incident were disseminated in the media and on social networks, generating concern about respect for plurality and students' rights in the educational environment.
According to the official statement from the Ministry, the intervention was carried out urgently by the Secretariat of Education, in coordination with provincial authorities and the educational institution, with the aim of eradicating this type of practice and ensuring that the teaching process takes place within a framework of respect and freedom of thought.

The affected school, upon acknowledging the situation, proceeded to suspend the teacher, identified as Darío Martínez, from his duties while the corresponding investigations are carried out.
The Minister of Human Capital, Sandra Pettovello, emphasized that this measure is part of previous actions by her administration to address similar situations, where some Kirchnerist teachers had incorporated inappropriate political-party content and pejorative expressions toward students.
The Ministry stressed that the intervention is based on National Education Law No. 26,206, Law No. 26,061 on Comprehensive Protection of the Rights of Children and Adolescents, and the School Coexistence Law No. 26,892. These regulations guarantee that education is provided in a manner respectful of the dignity, integrity, and freedom of thought, conscience, and expression of students, ensuring a safe school environment free from ideological impositions.
In a post on her X account, Minister Pettovello stated: "Education must be a space of freedom, respect, and learning, not of indoctrination".
Milei's Government reaffirmed its commitment to free and plural education, reminding the public of the availability of the toll-free line 0800-222-1197 to receive reports of indoctrination or inquiries about situations that violate freedom, coexistence, or rights in the school environment.
With this action, the aim is to ensure that educational institutions function as spaces for dialogue and respectful learning, where students can fully develop without external ideological pressures.
