Giselle Rímolo made headlines again after being seen at her doorstep. The fake doctor, who regained her freedom in 2021, had been away from the media for years, but the Intrusos (América TV) team managed to capture her.
According to reporter Cande Mazzone, Rímolo returned to the same residence where she lived in 2012 when she was arrested. "Neighbors say she doesn't usually go out often and is hardly seen around the neighborhood," she explained.

Regarding her financial situation, she no longer has her old beauty center in the northern area. Now, she is dedicated to selling cosmetics as an independent reseller.

In 2012, the Justice system sentenced Giselle Rímolo to 9 years in prison for illegal practice of medicine, over 70 frauds, and trafficking dangerous drugs for health. The case gained more severity after the death of one of her patients.
Lilian Stella Díaz, 41 years old, died in 2001 after consuming slimming pills prescribed by Rímolo for five months. It was proven that the medication contained substances that altered her metabolism and caused her death.

At the height of the case, Silvio Soldán, Rímolo's ex-partner, was also investigated. He was accused of being involved in the fraudulent maneuvers and was detained for 61 days in Villa Devoto prison. Finally, he was released and cleared of the crime.
