The former lead singer of Oasis, one of the most influential bands of the 1990s, has arrived in the country for the two dates of his Oasis Live '25 tour, scheduled for November 15 and 16 at River Plate Stadium.
The city welcomed him with excitement: dozens of fans waited for his arrival at the airport, and others intercepted him on the streets of Buenos Aires to greet him, ask for photos, and autographs.

Within hours, images of the encounter went viral on social media, where the British singer could be seen relaxed and in good spirits, kindly agreeing to sign records and take selfies with those who were waiting for him.
"He was calm, smiling, the commotion didn't bother him at all," wrote a fan on X (formerly Twitter), where photos of the artist surrounded by admirers quickly multiplied.
Expectations for Liam and Noel Gallagher's return to the stage are enormous. Fifteen years have passed since Oasis split up, which happened in 2009 after a heated argument between the brothers during the Rock en Seine festival in Paris.

Since then, fans have held out hope of seeing them together again, something that finally materialized this year with the Oasis Live '25 world tour, which includes stops in only five Latin American capitals.
Argentina was one of those selected, and tickets for both shows at River sold out within minutes. Demand was so high that the possibility of adding a third show was even considered.
"Buenos Aires has always been a special place for us. Argentinians sing as if they were part of the band," Liam stated in an interview prior to the tour.

As Oasis fever grows, speculation about the whereabouts of the Gallagher brothers during their stay in the country is also increasing. On social media, some fans claim to have seen them in Puerto Madero and at a well-known restaurant in Palermo, although there is no official confirmation about where they are staying.
The security operation accompanying them aims to maintain discretion, although several fans continue to wait around the Four Seasons hotel and the Faena, the places historically chosen by international celebrities visiting the city.
