Tristán Suárez in shock over the discovery of a 38-year-old woman murdered and buried
The victim was found partially buried; her 15-year-old daughter was hospitalized as the investigation progresses
A crime shocked the town of Tristán Suárez when the body of Claudia Scarzzolo, 38 years old, was found partially buried in the yard of her house. Prosecutor María Lorena González, in charge of the investigation, attempted to reconstruct the events surrounding the femicide.
Discovery and initial evidence
The discovery occurred after the victim's teenage daughter, 15 years old, returned with her father to the house on Leandro N. Alem Street. The young woman had heard an argument the previous night and had gone to her boyfriend's house. Upon entering the house, they noticed blood stains in the bedroom and mud scattered across the floor.

In the yard, investigators discovered disturbed soil covered with metal sheets, along with tools such as a pickaxe and a shovel. Claudia's body was lying there. The scene immediately drew the attention of the Bonaerense Police and prompted the intervention of the specialized Family and Gender Violence Prosecutor's Office of Ezeiza.
Investigations and reconstruction of the events
During the operation, the victim's daughter gave two different accounts of what happened. First, she stated that she went to her boyfriend's house after hearing an argument, and later confirmed that she had not been able to communicate with her mother that night. Security camera footage made it possible to reconstruct the movements: a black Peugeot 208 arrived at the house at 3:50 a.m., with the teenager and her father, and left three minutes later. Minutes later, a dark Fiat Cronos entered and an unidentified man left.
The cell phones of the victim, the minor, and her boyfriend were seized and analyzed. It was confirmed that Claudia's device had been manipulated to send a message to her workplace at 8:00 a.m., reporting her absence for "personal reasons."
Prosecutor González ordered the minor's admission to the psychiatry department of the Ezeiza Zonal Hospital and the arrest of the teenager's boyfriend, identified as R.D.F., for concealment. So far, robbery has been ruled out as the motive for the crime, since no objects were missing from the house.
The investigation focused on the victim's close circle and on the inconsistencies arising from the accounts and movements recorded before and after the discovery of the body. The prosecutor's office continues working to clarify the exact circumstances of this femicide that shocked Tristán Suárez.
