United States resumes deportation flights and sends five criminals to Africa
Eswatini and South Sudan were the countries chosen by the White House to deport these illegal criminals
In an excellent and appropriate measure, the Trump administration has resumed deportation flights to the African continent for illegal immigrants who have committed crimes in the United States.
This time, the chosen country was Swaziland (also called Eswatini), located in Southern Africa. Last month, the destination for deporting eight undocumented immigrants was South Sudan, the poorest country in Africa and currently in the midst of a civil war.
Five illegal immigrants from Vietnam, Jamaica, Laos and Cuba who were convicted on U.S. soil for crimes of murder and child rape and whose countries of origin have refused to receive them were sent to Eswatini.

U.S. and Eswatini confirm the news
The news was confirmed by Tricia McLaughlin, spokesperson for the Department of Homeland Security.
"A deportation flight to a third safe country landed in Eswatini, in southern Africa. This flight transported individuals so barbaric that their countries of origin refused to take them back," McLaughlin wrote on the social network X.
"These depraved monsters have been terrorizing American communities, but thanks to President Trump and Secretary Noem, they're no longer on U.S. soil," she summarized.
The government of Eswatini confirmed the reception of these convicts through its spokesperson, Thabile Mdluli, who stated that this exercise was the result of months of intense high-level dialogues with U.S. officials.
"Five inmates are housed in our penitentiary centers in isolation units, where similar offenders are held. The Nation is assured that these inmates do not pose a threat to the country or its citizens", part of the statement reads.

The Supreme Court paves the way for deportations
Just a few weeks ago, the Supreme Court paved the way for the White House to resume these deportation flights to foreign countries without prior notice.
Soon after this decision, the current government sent eight immigrants, who had been detained in Djibouti for weeks until the judicial process was solved, to South Sudan.
Eight undocumented immigrants with criminal records from countries such as Myanmar, Sudan, Mexico, Vietnam, Laos, and Cuba were sent to South Sudan.
Because the countries of origin of these illegal immigrants do not accept them back, Trump has had to negotiate directly with Africanleaders to accept these offenders in their countries and thus overcome logistical obstacles.
