"Happy birthday, Rufi," Icardi wrote in the story, accompanying the message with a cake emoji and a smiling face with hearts.

Minutes later, he added a second post that touched many of his followers: a photo where they are seen from behind, looking at the sea. In the image, Rufina leans on the striker's shoulders for a better view. On the picture, the footballer added a special wish: "May all your dreams become destiny and your wishes come true."

The message, although well-intentioned, quickly caused controversy. Some users publicly reproached Icardi for his apparent distance from Francesca and Isabella, his two daughters with Wanda Nara. "First your daughters, then your daughters, always your daughters," commented a follower in a critical tone. Another user was more direct:  "Skipping visits to see his daughters."

The criticism focused on the idea that the striker would be more present in the lives of China Suárez's children than in those of his own daughters, especially amid recent reports about the definitive separation from Wanda Nara and the family estrangement.

The decision, which has already been notified to the parties, precisely establishes how the relationship between the footballer and the minors should be, amid a scenario marked by geographical distance, distrust between the parents, and media tension.

According to the document, while Icardi remains abroad—currently in Türkiye, as a Galatasaray player—he may communicate with his daughters exclusively via video calls. These must be supervised by licensed professional Mattera and will take place on the days and times stipulated by the court.

This arrangement, which limits contact to virtual means, responds to Wanda Nara's reluctance to authorize the girls' travel outside the country. The businesswoman expressed her concern about a possible wrongful retention of the minors, which led to a legal scenario full of preventive measures.

The same ruling anticipates that next September, when Mauro Icardi returns to Argentina for work reasons, he may live with his daughters during his stay. The text indicates that Isabella and Francesca will temporarily reside at their father's home during that period.

For this, the player must assume responsibility for ensuring the continuity of both girls' schooling and extracurricular activities, either personally or by delegating to a trusted adult.

In an attempt to avoid new conflicts between the parties, the court also detailed the protocol for the exchange of the minors. Mauro Icardi must pick up and return his daughters in the courtesy parking lot of the Chateau building, where Wanda Nara resides. This measure seeks to reduce direct contact between the parents and preserve a neutral environment for the girls.

At the moment, it is unknown whether the section mentions any point about whether María Eugenia "China" Suárez, the athlete's current partner, may or may not be present at these meetings, and whom on several occasions the minors have stated to the court that they would prefer not to see.
