A man who worked as a car guard ("naranjita") was arrested after being involved in a violent argument with another car guard in the heart of the city of Córdoba.
In 2025, for different reasons, the police arrested almost 400 individuals for different crimes on public roads, from extortion of motorists to assault and fights.
The incident occurred at around 9:16 p.m. at Santa Rosa 198, when police personnel were alerted to a confrontation between two vehicle caretakers who operated in the same area.
"Naranjita" arrested for fighting in downtown Córdoba
According to the information provided, the detainee — an adult male — allegedly confronted another "naranjita" to demand that he leave the place.
During the argument, the aggressor threatened him with a bladed weapon, which led to a fight between the two.
The officers intervened immediately, proceeded to apprehend the individual and to seize the knife used in the incident.
The authorities confirmed that no injured persons were reported. The situation was placed at the disposal of the corresponding Prosecutor's Office.
