Wanda Nara and a possible legal twist: Will she have to support Icardi?

The legal battle between Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi  added a new chapter in Italy.  The businesswoman traveled to Milan to attend a key hearing in the divorce proceedings, after being absent from the first summons, where the footballer's lawyers accused her of adultery.

During her stay in Europe, Wanda visited what she called her "second home" with the aim of finalizing legal agreements. However, it emerged that the process might not be working in her favor. According to what was revealed on the program Mujeres Argentinas, the media personality could be required to provide financial support to Icardi, at least until he remarries.

Adultery accusation and financial consequences

The hearing at the Milan court became crucial after Mauro's lawyers filed a fault-based divorce petition, directly targeting Wanda. The evidence of alleged infidelity was reportedly considered valid by the court as grounds for separation.

If the ruling goes against the businesswoman, the consequences could be severe. In addition to having to pay alimony, the trial could affect the custody of her daughters, the division of assets, and even jeopardize the prenuptial agreement signed three years ago, when the first scandal with China Suárez broke out.

Attorney Mariana Gallego explained on television that Icardi's legal representatives are seeking to invalidate that agreement. If they succeed, Wanda would lose much of the asset protection she had established to safeguard her interests.

Meanwhile, as Wanda was preparing for the trial in Italy, Mauro Icardi was celebrating in Türkiye Galatasaray's victory. He did so accompanied by actress China Suárez and her children, further fueling media interest in the love triangle that never truly faded.

In this face-to-face encounter between Wanda and Mauro during the second hearing, although no definitive verdict was known, reports indicate that the resolution could represent a major setback for the Argentine businesswoman.
