Wanda Nara broke her silence after the international restitution request for Icardi
The businesswoman appeared visibly affected by the legal and family situation she is going through
The tension between Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi shows no sign of easing. After the footballer formally requested the international return of his daughters, Wanda spoke this Wednesday on LAM (América TV) and appeared visibly affected. Although she spoke in a measured tone, she hinted at her concern about the legal and family situation she is facing.
"Yes, I can't talk about that, you already know what happened", was the first thing the businesswoman said when host Ángel de Brito asked her about Icardi's decision to take the girls to Türkiye. Her brief statement refers to the recently issued precautionary measure, which prohibits both parties from speaking publicly about the conflict. If either of them fails to comply, they will have to pay a fine of 100 million pesos.

Despite the judicial secrecy, Wanda couldn't hide her anguish. When De Brito asked her how she felt, she answered sincerely: "Imagine. Sometimes there are things that don't need an answer". Her face, serious and without makeup, clearly reflected her concern.
Amid this judicial scenario, Wanda Nara also made it clear that she doesn't intend to change her professional or residential plans. "Yes, I have work here. I have a contract with Telefe. We've already started talking about MasterChef and I'm starting to film Love is Blind. Nothing changes in my work plans," she explained firmly, dispelling rumors of a possible move or pause in her career.
Mauro Icardi may be one step away from taking his daughters to Türkiye: Wanda's reaction
Wanda Nara is facing one of the toughest moments of her personal life. According to Yanina Latorre on the show Sálvese quien pueda (SQP), Mauro Icardi has formally requested the international return of his daughters, a legal process seeking the girls' return to live with him outside Argentina. The news took Wanda by surprise, and she is reportedly "devastated" emotionally after receiving the court order.
The host explained that Wanda received the request just five minutes before going on air. Icardi is not only demanding custody of the girls, but also their passports, aiming to prevent them from returning to Argentina. "Today Mauro wants to take them," Latorre said live, making clear the seriousness of the situation.

To better understand the legal scope of the conflict, the entertainment program contacted attorney Fernanda Castelli, a specialist in international child return. The lawyer explained that both Argentina and Türkiye —the countries where the family lived— are signatories to the 1980 Hague Convention, which regulates international child abduction. This obliges signatory countries to process these requests quickly and seriously.
"It's possible for him to request it," Castelli confirmed. "The convention establishes that the process must take place in the country where the children had their center of life. If a judge determines that this place was Türkiye, the girls should return, even if they are now enrolled in school or receiving medical care in Argentina."

This new chapter in the complex relationship between Wanda Nara and Mauro Icardi brings to the forefront a dispute that goes beyond sentiment. The judicial decisions made in the coming days will determine their daughters' future and could reshape the family dynamic.
Meanwhile, Wanda remains in Argentina with the girls, without making any public statements so far. The businesswoman's silence fuels speculation, but the seriousness of the case is already making headlines everywhere.
The dispute over custody and residence of their daughters opens a new legal front between Wanda and Icardi.
