According to Puro Show (eltrece), a document published in the Official Gazette confirms that the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic summoned Migueles to provide explanations about a rapid increase in his assets that raised suspicions.

The summons is part of an investigation related to a currency exchange house he shared with Elías Piccirillo, Jesica Cirio's ex-husband, who is currently in custody.
Journalist Fernanda Iglesias provided details of the investigation during the program: "It was published that the Central Bank is summoning Martín Migueles along with Elías Piccirillo because they have to explain a currency exchange house they owned."
Additionally, the panelist added that the economic activity was reportedly strikingly high in a short period: "They made a lot of money between 2021 and 2024, almost 25 million already. When the government changes, this company is established and they have to provide explanations because irregularities are found."
