Wanda Nara's strict conditions for Mauro Icardi to see their daughters
Argentinian Justice issued a key ruling in the process of reconnecting the Galatasaray footballer with his daughters
The legal battle between Mauro Icardi and Wanda Nara for the custody of their daughters took a significant turn last Thursday, when the Argentine Justice issued a key resolution in the process of reconnecting the footballer with his daughters.
As the divorce process continues to advance in Italy, the custody dispute moved to Argentina, where moments of high tension were experienced. The court ruling ordered that Icardi could reunite with Francesca and Isabella without further delays.

According to the decision, the footballer will be able to pick up his daughters from school and spend the next 15 consecutive days with them. However, the question lingering in the air was whether Wanda Nara would agree to comply with the resolution. Finally, the businesswoman and host accepted the ruling, bringing relief to the situation.
Through her social media, Nara expressed her satisfaction with the intervention of the Justice. In an Instagram story, she thanked her lawyers and the Argentine judicial system, highlighting that her daughters' voices had been heard. "Thanks to the Argentine Justice and my lawyers, today I have the guarantees my daughters and I, as a mother, asked for," she wrote, emphasizing that the relationship with their father would be rebuilt "without harmful presences," referring to actress Eugenia Suárez.

This issue of excluding "China" from the reconnection process was central to the resolution, which emerged following the recommendations of the Public Guardian's Office report. Based on psychological assessments, the ruling suggested that the initial meetings between Icardi and the minors take place in a neutral space and with the presence of a social worker, ensuring a safe environment free from external influences.
The ruling also included severe warnings about non-compliance with the measure. In the past, Wanda Nara had disobeyed the court order to hand over her daughters, which had resulted in a financial penalty of 80 million pesos. However, according to journalist Angie Balbiani, the Justice had considered even more drastic sanctions, such as a three-month ban on the use of social media.
