Away from television since her departure from La Mañana con Moria and mainly focused on her work on social media, Cinthia Fernández has once again found herself in the spotlight due to an economic issue. According to Yanina Latorre, the influencer reportedly has a significant debt for maintenance fees in the private neighborhood where she lives with her daughters.

The information was revealed on SQP (América TV), where the host claimed to have accessed a list of owners with outstanding payments. There, as she showed on air, Fernández's name would appear alongside a debt that amounts to exactly $3,752,720.94.

“Cinthia is not working on TV, she is dating her boyfriend who is a lawyer. And she has now dedicated herself to working, and perhaps the studio is not giving her money. She works a lot with brands,” Latorre began before revealing the amount.

The journalist also stated that the situation has caused discomfort among other residents of the neighborhood, mainly because the accumulated debt among different owners would end up affecting those who keep their payments up to date.

How much does Cinthia Fernández owe in maintenance fees, according to Yanina Latorre

During the program, Latorre read the information that, she claimed, was listed in the neighborhood's documentation. “The residents are very angry, very angry. Here is the entire list and it says: ‘Functional unit 183, Fernández Cintia, 3,752,720.94’. They have warned her, they have asked her, they have asked her... There is no response for now. They haven't taken legal action yet,” she stated.

Thus, according to the version presented on SQP, Cinthia Fernández's debt would reach almost $3.8 million. So far, according to Latorre's account, the claim has not progressed to a judicial instance.

The host also explained that Fernández would not be the only owner with outstanding payments. According to her account, the neighbors' concern would be linked to the total amount owed within the neighborhood and the impact this could have on the rest.

“The neighbors are asking that all these people start paying the maintenance fees because the 20 million are absorbed by the others and the fees for everyone start to increase,” she explained.

Yanina Latorre's theory about Cinthia Fernández's debt

Beyond exposing the amount, Latorre suggested on air a possibility to explain why Fernández might have outstanding payments: an eventual disagreement with the neighborhood administration. However, she made it clear that this was a hypothesis and not confirmed information.

“She is a fighter for justice. And I support that because when I get fines in my neighborhood, I deduct the fine and pay the maintenance fee alone. But they keep sending, sending, sending until one day I get fed up, I call the administrator, I curse him out, and they take it off,” the host shared while comparing the situation to her own experiences.

In that context, Latorre also recalled another conflict that Fernández was involved in within the neighborhood, which escalated after an incident that occurred near her property.

“Let’s remember that she is in a lawsuit with a neighbor over pepper spray. Do you remember that one day she went crazy and went there and sprayed them with pepper spray?,” she recalled on air.

That incident occurred amid a conflict with a group of minors who, according to Fernández's account at the time, had entered her property and caused damage, including kicking the door of her house. The situation led to a strong controversy and conflicting accounts among those involved.
