The oil company plans to open the first YPF Black station in the province of Córdoba on the avenue near the Warcalde bridge, with a tentative date of September 21 or early October. The commercial management of the site will be under the exclusive control of the private firm formed by the Vespasiani Group along with businessman Guillermo Bollatti. The infrastructure aims to consolidate a space for permanence through a wide gastronomic proposal while maintaining the same fuel prices as other gas stations.
The commercial project includes the gastronomic participation of renowned international chef Mauro Colagreco in the formulation of the hamburgers sold at the location. Additionally, the Mar del Plata brand Fonte d’Oro will integrate its products within the Full area to enhance the café menu for breakfasts and snacks. This modality represents the highest category of the brand, surpassing the options known as Refi Plus and the standard format commercially known as Núcleo.
The site encompasses a total area of 5,000 m² of constructed surface over 3 years and will have a fixed staff of more than 30 customer service employees. The dispensing area will feature 4 liquid fuel dispensers and 2 positions for CNG loading, ensuring dual coverage 24 hours a day. The construction works followed the plans designed by AFT Arquitectos, while the technical direction was professionally managed by Laprovitta Arquitectura.

Operational details of the new commercial space
The location in the northwest area of the capital was chosen for the characteristics of the traffic and the socioeconomic level of the surrounding neighborhoods. Mariano Troletti, manager of the new station, explained that the idea of transferring the concept arose after visiting the pioneering branch of the format located in Nordelta. The favorable response from the oil company allowed for the realization of private investment in this strategic sector without direct equity participation from the state firm.
The proposal seeks to transform technical stops for vehicle refueling into complex experiences of consumption, gastronomy, and comfortable rest. Motorists will find differentiated services within the main hall while refueling at the designated areas on the track. The business model promotes a longer stay for customers within the commercial establishment at any time of the day.
The formal inauguration of the dispensing point will mark the absolute debut of the Black line within the province of Córdoba this year. Investors are finalizing the last details of the installation of the canopies and the setup of the payment systems. The opening of the site is expected to generate a dynamic flow of drivers accessing the residential area of the northwest province.
