  • Real-time monitoring of more than 1,600 service stations.
  • Active tracking of more than 1,000 Full stores.
  • Live control of more than 2,000 supply trucks.
  • Analysis of vehicle flow through 33 cameras.
  • Automated processing of more than one million daily transactions.
  • All managed from a videowall with 32 screens.

This technology enables YPF to adjust prices, anticipate demand, improve services, and ensure transparency in its commercialization network.

Meanwhile, YPF launched five pilot tests of stations with self-service mode in:

  • Pringles, Av. Dorrego and Av. Alcorta (Buenos Aires City)
  • Ovidio Lagos (Rosario)
  • Mariano Boedo (Chacras de Coria, Mendoza)

Customers who use this system between 00:00 and 06:00 and pay with the YPF APP receive a 5% discount on the fuel price.

This proposal represents the first step toward a more flexible fueling model, where customers can personalize their experience and save time and money, leveraged by the RTIC's technological infrastructure.

Innovation to lead the future of energy

With this initiative, YPF is moving toward a strategy focused on:

  • Greater operational efficiency
  • Personalized customer experience
  • Real-time resource optimization
  • Expansion of smart technologies on a national scale

The progressive rollout of this system will allow other provinces in the country to adopt the self-service mode as a new commercial paradigm driven by data analysis and automation is consolidated.
