President Daniel Noboa notified the CNE of his electoral campaign schedule.
The leader began campaigning activities with transparency, without using public resources
The president and candidate for Acción Democrática Nacional (ADN), Daniel Noboa, notified the National Electoral Council (CNE) that this Wednesday, March 26, he would carry out campaign activities. He did so in strict compliance with Article 93 of the Democracy Code, showing transparency and respect for the regulations.
Noboa detailed that the activities took place between 08:00 and 20:00, without using public resources and in his capacity as a candidate. During the first round, he did not take leave to campaign, and this time he officially informed his intention to carry out electoral acts as established by law.
According to the Minister of Government, José de la Gasca, it is not mandatory for Noboa to step down from his position since it is not a re-election campaign. The president is concluding Guillermo Lasso's interrupted term, which allows him to perform his duties while participating in the democratic process.

In a meeting with his supporters, Noboa reiterated that his campaign is advancing despite obstacles: "We are already in the campaign, even though some don't want me to go out to the field; or they want me to entrust a traitor —who is already dismissed, by the way— with the position of the Presidency."
The leader's message reflects a firm stance against those who seek to limit his political action. His active participation in the field reinforces his commitment to the citizens and to a campaign based on proposals and closeness, without resorting to the state apparatus.
Amid a polarized electoral environment, Noboa continues to strengthen his presence in the provinces, with an agenda focused on employment, security, and economic reactivation. Citizen support for his proposals is consolidating while he maintains a clear stance against populism and instability.
The formal notification to the CNE and the transparent development of his campaign day consolidate Noboa's image as a leader who respects institutionalism and acts with coherence. His technical and direct approach contrasts with the clientelist practices of the past.
