Feminists started donating money online to the family of infanticide Lindsay Clancy after her trial was declared a mistrial due to the actions of a hero who was part of the jury and refused to acquit the defendant.

On Friday, the day the mistrial was announced, Brandee Mulligan, the organizer of the GoFundMe campaign and a supporter of Clancy, announced that nearly $1.2 million had been raised for the filicide and her family, and that the new goal is to reach $3 million.

"I have decided to raise the goal of this fundraising campaign as this process has dragged on, and so has the time that Paula and Mike will be away from their home, continuing to incur costs to be there for their daughter every day," Mulligan proudly wrote. "The original purpose of this fundraising has not changed: it is simply to lift a burden off their shoulders while they continue to support their family."

Mulligan is a feminist TikTok creator who idolizes Clancy and started the fundraising without asking the permission of the murderer’s family, stating that she did not care that the real victims in this case are three little ones who were strangled with rubber bands.

Many deranged individuals sympathize with Clancy, and some have even made TikTok videos explaining that they are "just like" Clancy because they also experienced postpartum psychiatric symptoms such as depression. Some have even pretended on social media to "abandon" their children on the road in solidarity with the accused.

This week in the state of Illinois, an obsessed mother with the Clancy trial strangled her 2-year-old son, considering him "the antichrist" and was arrested by authorities and charged with first-degree murder.
