The Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, announced on Monday a diplomatic offensive to dismantle the leftist den known as the International Criminal Court and strip it of any judicial power.
The measure comes after three judges from the court filed a lawsuit last month against the Trump administration in New York, arguing that the sanctions imposed against them last year were illegal.
The court was created under the Rome Statute in 2002 to judge cases of genocide, war crimes, and crimes against humanity. It is worth noting that the United States was not a signatory to this international treaty nor is it subject to its sanctions.

Sovereignty over Globalism
"The U.S. is launching a diplomatic campaign with a very simple message: sovereign states above globalism," Rubio wrote in a column for the Wall Street Journal. "Using all the tools at our government's disposal, working alongside every ally we can partner with, we will dismantle the ICC, brick by brick if necessary," he declared.
