In the context of its ongoing defense against Hezbollah's attacks, the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) announced that, within the span of one hour, they had killed two members of the Lebanese terrorist group, one of whom belonged to the Radwan elite force.
The main target was Muhammad Ali Hadid, a prominent member of the Radwan Force, a special operations unit considered Hezbollah's most dangerous and best-trained.
According to the IDF, Hadid "promoted numerous terrorist attacks against the State of Israel and had recently intensified his efforts to rebuild terrorist infrastructure" on the northern border. The operation that ended his life was carried out through a precision airstrike.
Minutes earlier, another Hezbollah member was eliminated in the Lebanese town of Ayta ash Shab, located just north of the Israeli border.
The individual was identified while attempting to gather intelligence on Israeli positions, which led the IDF to immediately neutralize the threat.
