AMLO's government granted an illegal concession to a company from Durazo's government.
The investigation by Mexicanos Contra la Corrupción points out the corrupt practices of Durazo and López Obrador.
The government of Alfonso Durazo in Sonora acquired 49% of the shares of a company that 7 months later was benefited by the government of Andrés Manuel López Obrador.
This after having obtained an illegal concession of the Nogales bypass. This business represents annual revenues of 95 million pesos.

This 35-year concession was obtained through an illegal transfer of rights from Vías Concesionadas del Norte in favor of the company Caminos Carreteros Nogamex.
Meanwhile this was endorsed by Jorge Nuño Lara, Secretary of Communications in the final stretch of the AMLO government.

It was in July 2023, when the Ministry of Communications and Transportation endorsed that the then concessionaire transferred the rights and obligations to Nogamex.
Being an illegal transfer, since the Ministry can only authorize the transfer of a concession if the transferring concessionaire fulfills its obligations.
A condition that Vías Concesionadas del Norte did not meet as the asphalt layer of the Bypass was in precarious conditions.

The Government of Sonora and its link to this issue
Now, the state government acquired 49% of Nogamex's shares in November 2022, seven months before the company even became a concessionaire.
Daniel Madariaga Barrilado, friend and former partner of the former governor of Edomex, Alfredo del Mazo, is the majority shareholder of one of the associated companies.

That's why for some time the group Mexicanos Contra la Corrupción y la Impunidad has sought the government of Sonora to clarify the facts.
However, as of the publication date the MCCI group has not received a response from any of the parties.
Another example of the hypocrisy of the leftist governments of the 4T, as they claim to end corruption but on the contrary, they have significantly increased it.
