PRI demands the removal of the superdelegate in Durango for managing social programs

Deputies display audio where the official orders to condition the Welfare

On Wednesday, the PRI denounced the superdelegate of Welfare Programs in Durango, Jhonatan Jardines, for using public resources for electoral purposes. They accuse him of leading a parallel structure that conditions social support in exchange for political loyalty. Everything was recorded: Morena doesn't compete, it coerces.

Deputy Arturo Yáñez Cuéllar presented an audio in which Jardines instructs his subordinates to "clean" those who don't support the Fourth Transformation.

He also orders them to identify operators loyal to Morena and place them in key positions within the Welfare network.

The message is clear: support is given only to those who obey.

From Welfare to political control

Instead of serving as a bridge between the State and the citizens, the delegate operates as the head of an electoral brigade. According to the PRI, the social registries are being manipulated to strengthen Morena's structure ahead of the June 1 elections. Durango will renew 39 municipal presidencies, trusteeships, and council seats; Morena no longer hides its strategy.

The PRI coordinator in the Chamber, Rubén Moreira, didn't mince words.
He described these practices as organized crime. He argued that if several people coordinate to commit an electoral crime, it's a criminal structure operating from the government.

Formal complaint and shielding in Congress

Moreira announced that the PRI will file complaints with the Specialized Prosecutor's Office for Electoral Crimes and the electoral bodies of Durango. He also informed that at least 17 federal deputies will travel to the state to monitor the election's development. The goal: to prevent social programs from continuing to be used as a tool of political intimidation.

This case confirms what the opposition has denounced for years: Welfare is not a social policy. It's a clientelistic apparatus disguised as aid.
Meanwhile, thousands of Mexicans legitimately depend on that support.
The regime uses it as blackmail.

Morena, addicted to power... and cheating

It's not the first time a superdelegate is accused of electoral manipulation. But it is one of the few times a direct recording with clear instructions is presented. What the Durango case shows is that Morena doesn't know how to govern without cheating.

Meanwhile, Claudia Sheinbaum speaks in international forums about welfare and social justice,
in the states, her operators negotiate votes with food packages and threats.

If there is no exemplary punishment, fraud will no longer be just a suspicion: it will be state policy.
