Is there a list by Marco Rubio with 44 investigated politicians? These are the names

'Marco Rubio's Blacklist' Would Include 44 Governors and Politicians Under U.S. Investigation

The issue of the revocation of her U.S. visa for the Morena governor, Marina del Pilar, hides much more than meets the eye.

The question that arose from this event is that, now that the U.S. authorities acted against Marina del Pilar, when will they do so against the others?

Personally, I think that Rocha Moya had more chances of being the first directly affected by the new U.S. policy. Certainly, I didn't imagine Marina del Pilar.

But the surprise came to me when I saw that apparently there is even a list, with the names of governors under U.S. investigation.

The image shows a text that mentions several Mexican governors and former governors, as well as federal government officials and political leaders who allegedly appear on a State Department list. It also mentions generals and military personnel from the Mexican Army and a former director of the CFE.

I came across a column by Salvador Garcia Soto, I read it and at first, it seemed unbelievable but...  it's closer to reality than fiction.

The names in the spotlight are not low-profile. They are governors, former governors, and high officials.  Many of them from Morena, although there are also some from MC and PRI.

Among those mentioned are:

  • Marina del Pilar Ávila (Baja California)
  • Alfonso Durazo (Sonora)
  • Rubén Rocha Moya (Sinaloa)
  • Américo Villarreal (Tamaulipas)
  • Layda Sansores (Campeche)
  • Alfredo Ramírez Bedolla (Michoacán)
  • Miguel Ángel Navarro (Nayarit)
  • Enrique Alfaro (Jalisco)
  • Samuel García (Nuevo León)
  • Cruz Pérez Cuéllar (Ciudad Juárez)
  • Manuel Bartlett (CFE)
  • Adán Augusto López (former governor of Tabasco)
  • Mario Delgado (SEP)
  • Ricardo Monreal (Morena)

One by one, the involved deny the accusations, but some are already facing silent sanctions.  The cancellation of visas is one of them.

Washington doesn't act without evidence, and if there is intelligence from the DEA and the Pentagon, it's likely real. The question is: how far will this investigation go?

It's not a conspiracy theory. There are documented precedents that make this list plausible.

Rubén Rocha Moya was mentioned by Mayo Zambada himself and Américo Villarreal, according to witnesses, received money from "Chapo" Isidro. They even place him traveling to the Sinaloa mountains for meetings with criminals, according to Jocelyn Hernández, co-founder of Morena.

All 44 on the list have been accused of engaging in illicit activities and, as usual, the majority are from Morena.

This adds to the legacy of López Obrador. His policy of "hugs, not bullets" was a gift for the narcos, as during his term, they strengthened, expanded, and became immune.

The unwritten pact between López Obrador's administration and the narco is evident. In exchange for votes and superficial peace, Morena handed them territory and power.

Today, Mexico has entire regions without law or authority. The 4T insists on denying it, but the dead, missing, and displaced can't be hidden.

A Mexico-U.S. relationship in tension

Claudia Sheinbaum received the warning in silence. During her call with Donald Trump, they talked about collaboration, but also about firm conditions against drug trafficking.

Sheinbaum, faithful to her mentor's discourse, rejected impositions. She said she would defend sovereignty. But how do you defend a country you no longer control?

The Biden administration was totally passive with Mexico, but Trump has returned to power and exerts an overwhelming pressure on Mexican socialists.

Marco Rubio directly recognizes the danger of the left at the regional level and as a key Republican voice, he is preparing the ground.

The list is not just a warning: it's a direct threat.

What's next for Mexico?

Corruption and the narco walk hand in hand in Morena and that relationship has already reached the eyes of Washington.

The Sheinbaum government is under suspicion. It is dragging the disaster of the term left by López Obrador and this is just beginning.

International justice could be the last hope.
Because in Mexico, justice has been captured.

And if the "Marco List" is real, let the 4T tremble.
Because their relationship with crime is no longer a rumor: it's a dossier.
