Feminist dictatorship: they want to create 24 new gender violence courts
The intention is to waste taxpayers' money by creating unnecessary courts
Looking ahead to the discussion of the Five-Year Budget Law, Orsi's government and feminist organizations plan to continue wasting taxpayers' money on "gender violence" courts.
The Judiciary plans to insist in 2025 on obtaining funds during the National Budget discussion to expand the network of courts specialized in so-called "gender violence."
The goal is for each department in the country to have at least one of these courts "to address gender violence in a comprehensive manner."
Success will depend on the allocation of sufficient resources and the political will to prioritize this issue.
The Feminism Racket
In Uruguay, as in many other countries, feminism is funded with taxpayers' money, with public money from those who pay taxes.

Feminist organizations are essentially corrupt, and their funding largely comes from state money, that is, from taxpayers' taxes.
These organizations sign agreements with state agencies to receive public money in exchange for "courses," "workshops," and "reflection days."
A gigantic corruption scheme where those who run these organizations line their own pockets, while women who truly suffer violence remain forgotten.
Intersocial Feminista, symbol of corruption
An informal group called Intersocial Feminista brings together dozens of groups of organizations and pseudo-organizations that turn feminism into a dirty business funded with public money.
The corrupt model is almost always the same. A group of feminist women gather, approach a friendly politician (usually in MIDES or in the Montevideo city government), and through this unscrupulous politician, they sign an agreement between the feminist NGO and the state agency.
They immediately start receiving public money.

This corrupt scheme funded with taxpayers' money can last for many years.
In Intersocial Feminista, there are several NGOs that have been receiving state money for many years.
An example is the NGO El Paso led by the ultra-radical feminist Andrea Tuana, who has been receiving money from various state agencies for many years.
El Paso, in exchange for receiving state funding, offers "reflection days on street harassment" or "workshops to prevent gender violence in commercial establishments."
True absurdities to justify a corrupt business paid for by Uruguayans with their taxes.
The False Report Industry
The creation of new gender violence courts is only justified if there are reports under Law 19,580, known as the law on gender-based violence against women.
This regulation allows any woman to file a false report against a man at the police station on the corner of her house.
This way, the Police notify the court and the judicial process is set in motion.

With the notable increase in false reports of gender violence in recent years, it is obvious that the number of court cases is also increasing.
Therefore, the current courts can't keep up, and the Judiciary is requesting more budget, more public money to open new courts.
These new courts that are intended to be created only respond to the false report industry.
This way, taxpayers' money continues to be squandered on courts that process false reports against innocent men.
Meanwhile, in many parts of the country, there are no courts for truly important matters such as labor, commercial, or criminal issues.
The feminist dictatorship and the dirty business of feminist NGOs continue at full speed, and taxpayers pay for everything.
