In the city of Frutal, located in Brazil, a young man named Marcos Antônio da Silva Neto murdered Rafael Garcia Pedroso, the same man who brutally murdered his mother, Glauciane Cipriano, in an event that the young man witnessed as just a child.
According to the police investigation, Marcos followed Rafael's movements for weeks until the attack came to fruition on March 31.
