In the midst of the AFA scandals, Chiqui Tapia played it hot: 'Many are going to sweat in shame'

The unpresentable president of the Argentine Football Association (AFA), Claudio “Chiqui” Tapia, led the official presentation of LPF Play, the new streaming platform promoted by the parent company to broadcast matches from the different categories of local football

.

At the close of his speech, Tapia also sent a spicy message to the detractors of the initiative and his management at the forefront of Argentine football. “The numbers in 6 or 8 months are going to triple and many are going to start to perspire. The way I perspired sometimes, when I got hot. But they're going to sweat with shame, because the truth is going to come out,” he said

.

During the event, the nefarious boss highlighted the reach of the platform in its first few weeks (a few weeks ago it broadcast the First B National, First C, Federal A, Amateur Tournament, Projection Tournament, women's football and futsal), and he said that the initial numbers reflect the supposed interest in the project

.

“455 thousand unique users, 3.3 million video views, 90% of live match content and 863 thousand hours of content viewed. The average per user is one hour and 54 minutes,” said the leader

.

Tapia also highlighted the international impact of the platform. As he explained, the content has already been seen in more than 150 countries and in this first period 175 live matches were broadcast, with more than 350 goals and the participation of more than 1500 players
