Less than two months before the start of the 2026 World Cup, the classic figurine collection already has its virtual version: FIFA Panini Collection, the digital album released by Panini in conjunction with FIFA, which can be used both on a web browser and on mobile devices.
Available in stores such as the App Store and Google Play Store, this free alternative, which has existed since South Africa 2010, offers an experience similar to the physical album, although with some differences in its dynamics.
The collection includes 980 figurines distributed among the 48 teams that will participate in the tournament, as well as special figurines and additional content. To begin, users must log in to the official site and choose between registering with a FIFA account or playing as guests.
The virtual album has 980 figurines
Those who create an account start with three gift envelopes and receive an additional two each day. In addition, they can make up to three simultaneous exchanges, form groups with friends and redeem promotional codes for more packages. Instead, users who don't register only receive an initial envelope and one every 24 hours, with the possibility of making only one exchange at a
time.
Each envelope contains five figurines and, once opened, the stickers must be placed manually in the digital album, selecting the corresponding country. The system shows the percentage of progress of each selection, allowing you to follow the progress of the collection.
The game also includes different ways to get extra packs. Among them, the use of promotional codes such as "FIFA-2026-PLAY" and "ALL-THE-FEELS “, which provide unique rewards (valid only once per user). In addition, by logging in to partner platforms such as Coca-Cola, you can access additional daily codes
.
Another notable feature is the ability to scan products or images from the "Scan Content" section, allowing you to unlock special figurines, including some exclusive to Coca-Cola, and add new envelopes.

However, there is a limit: each user can open a maximum of four envelopes per day, so reaching that limit requires waiting until the next day to continue moving forward
.
As in the traditional version, exchange is key. Repeated figurines can be redeemed with other users around the world, either looking for specific cards or accepting any missing cards to
complete the album more quickly.
While waiting for the official release of the physical album, this digital version has already become a phenomenon among fans, who are beginning to experience the preview of the World Cup as a pure virtual collector.
When will the physical album come out
According to the official information provided by Panini, the physical album of the 2026 World Cup comes out on Thursday, April 30, in Argentina.
The softcover version will be priced at $15,000, while each package, which will come with 7 figurines (although with a chance of being 8) will cost $2,000.
