The Minister of State Deregulation and Transformation, Federico Sturzenegger, participated in the launch of “Report Your Tranca” in Bolivia, a platform created by the government of Rodrigo Paz Pereira to denounce bureaucratic obstacles in public procedures. The initiative was presented as part of the “Tranca Cero” program and took as a reference the Argentine model of “Report Bureaucracy”, promoted by the Government of
Javier Milei.During the International Meeting for the Modernization of the State, Sturzenegger explained Argentina's experience in deregulation, administrative simplification and state modernization. The minister stressed the need to remove barriers that make production more expensive, curb trade and restrict the freedom of citizens, one of the main flags of the reformist program being carried out by the libertarian
administration.
The presence of the Argentine official marked an important political event for the region: the deregulation agenda implemented by Milei began to be seen as a model by other South American governments. In this case, Bolivia advanced with a tool directly inspired by the Argentine scheme, which allows citizens to report rules, requirements and procedures that hinder economic activity or unnecessarily complicate daily life. The Argentine portal was officially presented as a tool for citizen participation to identify regulations that create unnecessary obstacles for companies, markets
