Agustín Franzoni was at the center of a major controversy this week after, on the streaming show Circuito Cerrado from La Casa, he claimed—in a tone that many considered inappropriate—that he keeps intimate photos and videos of an ex-partner. Although he did not mention any names, social media quickly linked his statements to Flor Jazmín Peña, the influencer's ex and current member of Bailando 2023.
Everything began during a live game in which they debated whether it is right or wrong to keep intimate material from a past relationship. Faced with the question, Franzoni replied that he had done so and said: "In case tomorrow they're worth a fortune".
The statement set off alarms among social media users and caused deep condemnation. The situation escalated when Flor Jazmín spoke out publicly, visibly hurt and upset.
Given the magnitude of the reaction, Franzoni broke his silence and shared a public statement with a conciliatory tone and apparent remorse: "I want to clarify that it was a joke. Nothing that was said was true. I don't have any flashdrives from my exes. It was all in the context of a couple's game, where we were messing around," the influencer said.
He also appealed to his personal image to defend himself: "People who know me know what I'm like. In fact, nobody said anything at the time. It was understood that it was a joke."
Despite his attempts to downplay what happened, he acknowledged that it was a mistake. "I know this isn't a topic to joke about, but these are things that can happen when you're live," he concluded.

In a conversation with Ángel de Brito, the dancer spoke forcefully: "I feel totally ashamed. I can't believe what he's saying and I also can't believe how nobody there stops him. On top of that, they played the theme song from the show I work on in the background, just to make it even clearer who they're talking about."
Flor went further and made it clear that she felt it was a threat: "I don't know how much of a joke it was, because it sounds like a warning. He's saying he has intimate videos of me and that he can do whatever he wants with them."
Amid the scandal, she also warned that she doesn't rule out turning to the courts if the situation is not properly clarified.
