In an exclusive interview with LAM (América TV), Casero began by recounting how he experienced the surgical procedure. "It was something that was scheduled, what happens is that since I never say anything, we came at 6 in the morning, and it stayed as if it were an emergency", he explained, seeking to demystify the alarming rumor about his health.
He clarified that there were no major complications and that his condition was stable, but the intervention required more time than expected due to a slight postoperative temperature increase: "If you have a temperature of 36.9, they don't let you go until you're in condition", he detailed.
"Now I have a morphine patch, but everything is very well, it's something very mild. The only thing I have to do is recover and return", he assured with his characteristic relaxed tone. Despite the brief complication, the actor highlighted the excellent medical attention received and confirmed that he is currently in a rehabilitation process.

"The affection people have for me is unmovable. I always receive it, despite anything", he expressed with gratitude in reference to all the support received from his followers during his hospitalization.
"I have surgery and then in April I do the remaining one, because there were many people who were going to come", he clarified regarding his professional commitments, confirming that he will not abandon his acting career. With humor that characterizes him, he emphasized that his passion for theater remains intact: "I have a blast doing it."
With a positive attitude, Alfredo also took the opportunity to thank his fans and colleagues: "I was very anxious about having surgery, but honestly, it was great. Many thanks to De Brito and the people. Rest assured that I'm still causing trouble and making you laugh", the actor concluded, making it clear that his return to the stage is just a matter of time.
