This Wednesday, June 18 arrives with a clear warning from Matías Bertolotti: the cold is settling in forcefully in the AMBA. After Monday's holiday and with another one coming on Friday, winter is starting to show itself without hesitation.
The meteorologist indicated that cold will be the main feature of the forecast in the coming days. Although the afternoons will remain "mild," the lows are dropping and fog is appearing in several areas.
During the morning of Wednesday, June 18, entry into the city is affected by dense fog and patches of mist.
Temperatures ranged between 1°C (34°F) and 3°C (37°F) at the start of the day. The fog will dissipate faster than yesterday and a day with sun and good weather is expected in the afternoon. The high will be 17°C (63°F) and at night it will drop to around 12°C (54°F), with a mostly clear sky.
The sky will be clear again for most of the day, ideal for those starting to enjoy the long weekend.
Sunday could mark the beginning of a more intense cold spell, with the first strong front reaching the region. Its progress will be monitored over the coming days.
