The start of Tuesday, September 23 in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area began with almost winter-like cold. Temperatures ranged between 6 and 7 degrees Celsius (43 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit) in the early morning, as a result of the influx of cold air into the central region of the country.
According to meteorologist Matías Bertolotti, pressure continues to rise and reinforces that cold air mass. This creates a cool dawn, with calm winds and just a gentle breeze from the south.
