The company Andreani has made progress in a modernization process of its logistics infrastructure with the comprehensive automation of its plant located in Pacheco, an initiative that involved an investment of USD 30 million and incorporates tools of artificial intelligence and advanced technology to optimize the shipping system in Argentina.
This development is part of a strategy aimed at improving the experience of users, companies, and entrepreneurs, through the implementation of solutions that increase operational efficiency.
The announcement comes in the context of numerous investments in productive sectors, driven by the economic growth achieved by the Government of Javier Milei.
From the company, it was noted that the new system includes artificial intelligence, advanced sorting mechanisms, and presorting processes that allow for more efficient management of the logistics flow, reaching a capacity of up to 26,000 packages processed per hour.

The Pacheco plant, which has a total area of 70,000 square meters, represents a significant leap in terms of scale and productivity. According to details provided, the plant has the capacity to process up to 520,000 shipments daily, which allows for a considerable reduction in sorting and dispatch times.
This advancement is complemented by other strategic facilities within the company's network. Among them is the Intelligent Transfer Center in Tigre, which can process up to 8,000 packages per hour, as well as the automations already implemented in plants in the Buenos Aires Metropolitan Area and Córdoba.
Together, this infrastructure allows Andreani to achieve a total processing capacity of up to 928,000 products daily.

Statements from the President and CEO of the company
The president of the company, Oscar Andreani, highlighted the sustained focus on investment and capacity development: “At Andreani, we have a very clear business decision: to maintain a model of investment and capacity development focused on our customers and with a long-term vision. This investment has substantially increased our processing capacity and prepares the company to absorb larger volumes.”
The incorporation of these technologies allows the company to respond to demand spikes, scale operations, and ensure greater speed and reliability in shipment management.
In this sense, the plant positions itself as a key player for various industries, including clothing, food and beverages, health, technology, retail, e-commerce, energy, and the automotive sector.
For his part, the CEO of Andreani, Carlos Cirimelo, emphasized the role of technology in the current context: “Logistics is an ultra-competitive sector, which is why the adoption of technology, automation, and today, artificial intelligence, is not an option but an indispensable condition to be competitive.”
The system implemented in Pacheco allows for real-time data analysis, anticipating operational needs and making decisions based on business priorities.
Through an intelligent sorting mechanism that evaluates variables such as size, weight, and destination, errors and delays are reduced, optimizing logistical performance even during peak demand times.
This advancement also impacts the development of e-commerce, as a more efficient logistics network enables companies and entrepreneurs to expand their offerings, manage high-demand events such as Hot Sale or CyberMonday, and improve their sales conditions.
