Who receives the non-contributory pension in August?

Non-contributory pensions (PNC) are paid every month to those who meet the conditions established by ANSES.

If there are irregularities or if the individual has been outside the country for more than 90 consecutive days, the benefit is suspended.

Requirements to access ANSES non-contributory pensions

Disability pension

• Be Argentine (native or naturalized) or a foreigner with at least 10 years of residency.
• Be under 65 years old.
• Not receive any retirement or pension.
• In the case of minors, the family group must not exceed four minimum salaries.
• Some provinces may require additional documentation.

Pension for mothers of seven children

• Be a naturalized Argentine with at least one year in the country, or a foreigner with 15 years of residency.
• Have no personal income and not receive any other benefit.
• If married, the spouse may be retired, but must not receive a PNC.

Old-age pension

• Be 70 years old or older.
• Naturalized Argentines: minimum of 5 years of residency.
• Foreigners: 40 years of residence in the country.
• Must not receive any income, retirement, or pension.
• It is not paid if the individual is detained or if their spouse already receives an old-age PNC.
