The AUH from ANSES will have an increase of 2.1% in July 2026. Together with the Food Card and other supplements, it will allow some families to exceed $260,000 in monthly income.
The update was officially announced by the National Administration of Social Security (ANSES) following the inflation data for May reported by INDEC. The increase is part of the mobility scheme that adjusts benefits according to the Consumer Price Index (CPI).
How much the AUH increases in July 2026
With the 2.1% update, the AUH will have a gross value of $147,975.57 for each child under 18 years old.
As is usually the case, ANSES retains 20% of the benefit until the AUH Booklet is submitted, which verifies school attendance, health checks, and vaccination schedules.
Gross amount of the AUH: $147,975.57.
Monthly payment (80%): $118,380.45.
Retention (20%): $29,595.12.
The retained money is settled once the AUH Booklet is submitted.
How to exceed $260,000 with the AUH and the Food Card
Holders of the AUH who meet the requirements continue to automatically receive the Food Card, which is deposited along with the main benefit.
For families with two children, the combination of the AUH and the Food Card allows them to exceed $260,000 monthly, according to the amounts reported by ANSES.
The current values of the Food Card are:
Families with one child: $72,250.
Families with two children: $113,299.
Families with three or more children: $149,425.
Who else receives the Milk Supplement
Mothers with children up to three years old and holders of the Universal Pregnancy Allowance (AUE) can access the Milk Supplement from the Thousand Days Plan.
This additional benefit is automatically credited along with the corresponding payment and aims to reinforce nutrition during the early years of life.
