According to the exhaustive research disseminated by Dani Lerer, political scientist, journalist, and CEO of Media Oriente, Brazil has become the epicenter of a coordinated network of organizations, political leaders, and activists promoting campaigns of boycott and diplomatic isolation against the only democracy in the Middle East.
This structure, which operates with total freedom, is mainly composed of FEPAL, BDS Brasil, IBRASPAL, Samidoun Brasil, the Palestinian Latin Forum, and the extremist Partido da Causa Operária (PCO).

At the center of this web, according to Dani Lerer, is the Palestinian Arab Federation of Brazil (FEPAL). Founded in 1979, this organization has intensified its aggressiveness under the current political climate, promoting in 2025 campaigns to exclude Israel from the COP-30.
Its spokesperson, Ualid Rabah, has reached alarming discursive extremes by labeling the terrorist massacre of October 7 as a "self-defense operation" and defining Israel as a "Nazi project" and a "den of killers".
The economic and academic arm of this network is BDS Brasil. According to Dani Lerer, its main figure is Pedro Ferrario Charbel, who is not only the founder of the movement in the region but currently serves as a parliamentary advisor to the far-left deputy Guilherme Boulos (PSOL). Charbel actively pressures for Brazil to break all its military and diplomatic agreements, using the fallacy of comparing Israel to South African apartheid.
The direct connection with international terrorist groups is even more evident in the Brazil-Palestine Institute (IBRASPAL). Dani Lerer warns that its president, Ahmed Shehadeh, is the brother of Salah Shehadeh, a historic military commander of Hamas.
In this same line, the figure of Sayid Tenório stands out, a former parliamentary advisor of PCdoB, who has been reported for maintaining ties with the Islamic Republic of Iran and Hezbollah, even going so far as to publicly mock the civilian victims of October 7.
Dani Lerer, the researcher behind the antisemitism network
The radicalization does not stop there. According to the information provided by Dani Lerer, the Palestinian Latin Forum, chaired by Mohamed El-Kadri, claims that "Zionism is worse than Nazism" and that "Israel is not a country, but a terrorist organization".
For its part, Samidoun Brasil, linked to the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine, mobilizes masses in São Paulo under the leadership of Rawa Alsagheer.
The peak of this ideological hatred is represented by the Partido da Causa Operária (PCO). According to the X thread of Dani Lerer, its president Rui Costa Pimenta has expressed total and explicit support for the most violent organizations in the Islamic world, stating bluntly: "The PCO supports Hamas 1000%".
As Dani Lerer rightly concludes, we are not facing isolated cases of activism, but rather a political, militant, and ideological network perfectly oiled that operates under the mantle of the dictatorship of Lula da Silva, endangering national security and the values of the West throughout the region.
