Araceli González spoke candidly about her possible return to television. In an interview on LAM, the América program, the actress confirmed that she is evaluating concrete proposals and that one of them came directly from Adrián Suar.
When Ángel de Brito asked her if she had firm job offers, González was clear: she was proposed to host in the morning on Canal 13. “I was proposed for Canal 13 in the morning and well, we’ll see,” she explained. When asked if it was from an independent producer or from Suar himself, she replied without hesitation: “No, Adrián, Adrián. Directly.”
As she detailed, the idea aims for a morning magazine, although nothing is finalized yet. The conversations are in an initial stage. “They throw ideas at you like that, open, that it’s being put together and since I’m fully engaged now landing in other places with my brand, I said ‘let’s talk later, but I’m interested’,” she recounted.
For the actress, El Trece is not just any channel. She grew professionally there and developed most of her career. “When they talk to me about Canal 13 it’s like part of my life, I grew up there, I was chosen to be there, I’ve always been at Canal 13, I rarely worked at another channel,” she expressed with evident nostalgia.
The current relationship with Adrián Suar
The work reunion also has a personal background. De Brito reminded her that there was a time when she didn’t even step foot in the channel. González summarized the present with a powerful phrase: “Now we are family.” This reconciliation marks a change from previous times of distance.
Beyond the separation, the actress acknowledged that certain codes from when they were a couple still remain. “Even though one separated a while ago, we feel that the code that existed at that time still exists. It hasn’t died,” she affirmed. This emotional continuity seems to facilitate the current professional dialogue.
