ARCA published the tax schedule that is due in November 2025

The Revenue Collection and Customs Control Agency (ARCA) released the November 2025 tax due dates calendar. The schedule includes all obligations for individuals and legal entities, with modifications due to the national holidays on Friday, November 21 and Monday, November 24.

Payments begin this Wednesday, November 5 and extend until the end of the month. Among the main taxes are Income Tax, VAT, Monotax, Social Security, and Transfer Pricing. Specific dates are also detailed according to each taxpayer's CUIT ending.

Income Tax Due Dates

The F 713 Form for companies closing in June 2025 must be submitted on November 13, 14, and 17 according to CUIT. Payment will be due between November 14 and 18. In addition, PDF financial statements and accounting documentation must be uploaded before November 28.

The F. 1358 Form, corresponding to permanent establishments with remittances abroad, will have a special due date on November 17.

Transfer Pricing

Studies and sworn statements (F. 2668 and F. 2672) for fiscal years closed in May and November 2024 must be submitted between November 25 and 28, according to the CUIT ending.

VAT Due Dates

F.2002 and F.731 forms corresponding to October 2025 will be due between November 18 and 26. Declarations for the Digital VAT Book must also be submitted within the same date range.

For digital services provided from abroad, they must be entered before November 28, according to AFIP General Resolution 4240.

Social Security and Monotax

Self-employed workers' contributions will be due from November 5 to 7. Employers must submit the F.931 Form between November 10 and 12. For domestic workers, ART and contribution payments will be on November 10 and 17.

Meanwhile, the Monotax (F.152 or F.157 Form) will be due on Thursday, November 20 for all categories and CUIT.

Multilateral Agreement and Withholdings

Multilateral Agreement declarations (CM03 and CM04 Forms) must be submitted between November 14 and 19. In addition, the SIRTAC system will have submission and payment dates on November 26 and 27, respectively.
