According to FIFA, the three host countries top the list of applications (United States, Mexico, and Canada), followed by Germany, England, and Brazil. Meanwhile, Argentina appears in seventh place, confirming the enormous excitement of the fans for Lionel Scaloni's team, reigning world champion and leader of the South American Qualifiers. Applicants will learn the status of their request starting September 29. Those selected will receive a date and time slot to purchase tickets, although this doesn't guarantee availability. The allocation process will begin on October 1, and a second phase of advance sales will open on the 27th.
Tickets will have a starting price of 60 dollars and will be available for all 104 matches, as well as team or stadium packages. FIFA will also launch an official resale platform on October 2, aiming to prevent illegal or fraudulent transactions.

The road to the main event will continue on December 5, when the group stage draw will take place. The ball will start rolling on June 11 at Mexico's Estadio Azteca, and the final is scheduled for July 19 at New York's MetLife Stadium.
