
Attack on Espert: who are the new detainees linked to Kirchnerism
There are already seven people detained as a result of the attack on the national deputy's house
Four people were arrested this Tuesday in connection with the animal excrement attack carried out against the home of Deputy José Luis Espert in San Isidro.
The operations were carried out at residences in Quilmes, Florida, Villa Martelli, and Ingeniero Maschwitz, adding three women and one man, all adults, to the three who had already been previously detained.
Who are the accused?
The detainees include:
- Eva Carina Alejandra Mieri: current councilor of Quilmes and president of the local PJ bloc. She was Undersecretary of Environment in that administration. Her residence was searched and documentation was requested.
- Iván Díaz Bianchi (22 years old): administrative employee since January 2024 at Dr. Antonio A. Cetrángolo Hospital in Florida; previously worked at the Buenos Aires Ministry of Health.
- Aldana Sabrina Muzzio (45 years old): employee at PAMI since 2022.
- Candelaria Montes (24 years old): La Cámpora activist, active on social media, including photos in front of Cristina Kirchner's house.
Vehicles linked to the attack
The investigation identified two vehicles linked to the incident: a Renault Clio, associated with one of the detainees, and a Chevrolet S10 belonging to a company that supplies the Buenos Aires provincial and Quilmes municipal governments.
Findings and judicial procedure
The arrests were carried out by the San Isidro Federal Operational Unit Division of the Federal Police.
The case is under Federal Court No. 1 of San Isidro (Judge Sandra Arroyo Salgado), with the intervention of Dr. Juan Cruz Schillizzi.
Context of the attack
The attack occurred on June 17, when five hooded individuals arrived in the two aforementioned vehicles, brought bags containing excrement to the front, and left a banner with threats.
Everything was captured by municipal cameras, allowing the sequence to be reconstructed.
