The ANSES enabled the submission of the Universal Child Allowance Booklet (AUH) 2025. This procedure is key to collecting the 20% withheld during the previous year. There is time until December 31.
The AUH Booklet must be submitted by mothers, fathers, or guardians of children under 18 years old, or without age limit if they have a disability.

It is intended for beneficiaries who are unemployed, work informally, in private homes, or are registered as social monotributistas.
What is the purpose of the Booklet?
The Booklet is a document that certifies that the minor:
Attended school during the year
Received medical check-ups and vaccinations
Once uploaded to the system, the payment of the 20% withheld from the previous year's AUH is released.

How is the AUH Booklet processed step by step?
The only valid form is the one caused from the official ANSES page.
Once completed by the school or health center, it must be uploaded to My ANSES, either from the web or the official app.

1. Log in to My ANSES
Enter My ANSES with CUIL and Social Security Key.
2. Check the data
Go to the Children > AUH Booklet section and verify that the minor's information is complete and correct.
3. Generate the form
If information is missing, click on "Generate Booklet" to download it or send it by email.
It must be printed on a single sheet and taken to the health center or school for completion and signature.
4. Upload the Booklet to My ANSES
Take a well-lit photo of the form, on a flat surface and showing all four corners.
The image must be in JPG format, weigh less than 3 MB, and be uploaded from My ANSES > Children > Upload AUH Booklet.
How to know if the procedure was done correctly?
Once the booklet is uploaded, ANSES sends a confirmation email.
If it doesn't arrive, the status of the procedure can be checked by logging in again to My ANSES.

The deadline to upload the AUH 2025 Booklet is December 31.
After that date, the right to collect the 20% withheld during 2024 is lost.
