A journalist revealed that Bethesda is working on several Fallout games, including one highly anticipated by fans
The Fallout universe is once again on everyone's lips. According to a new rumor, Bethesda is reportedly working on several titles from the saga, including a project highly anticipated by fans.
Following the excitement over the Amazon series and with the 10th anniversary of Fallout 4 approaching, speculation is beginning about the franchise's future.

What is known about the new Fallout games
Journalist Jordan Middler from VGC stated on the Friends Per Second podcast that Bethesda has several Fallout-related projects in development. One of them would be "the one everyone is waiting for," although it is still in an early stage.
"It's not far enough along to say we're going to play it soon," Middler clarified. He also expressed surprise at the lack of announcements since Microsoft acquired Bethesda in 2021.
Is a Fallout 3 remaster coming?
Rumors suggest that one of these titles would be a remaster of Fallout 3, similar to what is planned with Oblivion Remastered. The idea would be to update the 2008 classic with visual and gameplay improvements, although there are no official confirmations yet.

In April, an insider had already indicated that this project was on the way, although he warned that it would not arrive in the short term. Now, the new report rekindles hope among fans.
Beyond the next Fallout
In addition to the rumored remaster, Bethesda could be preparing updates for Fallout 76 or additional content for Fallout Shelter. It is not ruled out that some of these projects could be released before a new numbered installment.

Middler was blunt: "Fallout 5 should have been the first thing they did after the acquisition. But they didn't bother."
When will the new games be officially announced?
For now, everything is based on rumors and leaks. However, if confirmed, it would be the first step toward a major new chapter in Fallout's history.
Players are eagerly awaiting. It only remains to be seen if the wait will be as long as with The Elder Scrolls VI.
