Santiago del Moro announced that Gran Hermano will have a new season. The host answered questions on Instagram and dropped hints about what's coming.

While the current edition progresses, rumors about the reality show's future have been gaining momentum. Now, the first official confirmations have arrived.

When is Gran Hermano coming back?

Del Moro opened a question box in his Instagram stories and answered directly: "Yes. Everything is Gran Hermano". This way, he confirmed that there will be a new edition in 2025.

He also revealed that on Sunday, June 22, he will provide more details about the upcoming season. A formal announcement is expected during the gala.

What did he say about this season's winner?

A follower asked him who he sees as the winner of the show, and the host was clear: "I really don't care. They all deserve it".

Del Moro highlighted the participants' effort and left the final decision in the hands of the audience, as happens every season of the reality show.

Will there be Gran Hermano in 2026?

Ángel de Brito also contributed and denied the rumors about a hiatus for the show until 2028. During a broadcast on Bondi Live, he assured that the show will remain on air next year.

Fefe Bongiorno agreed with him, and De Brito reinforced the idea: "Me too, in fact, I know it. There's another Gran Hermano next year".

The triumphant return and the present

The show returned in 2022 after six years off the air and became an immediate success. It surpassed 20 rating points and launched figures such as Marcos Ginocchio, Julieta Poggio, and La Tora Villar.

The following edition, marked by the participation of Juliana "Furia" Scaglione, was the longest so far and maintained high audience levels. However, the current edition hasn't achieved the same impact.
