The boxer's complaint against Morena Rial
Bianco recounted that he met Morena through a mutual contact and decided to trust her because of her media exposure. "She told me she had a contact who could verify my account, and since there were fake accounts with my name, I agreed. I gave her the money because I trusted that she was someone known from television," the boxer explained.
"She came in person with another famous person, charged me the $2,500, and promised that my account would be verified in a few days. As soon as she left the country club, she blocked me everywhere," Bianco stated. According to his testimony, Morena did not return the money, although he managed to contact her father, Jorge Rial, and her lawyer Alejandro Cipolla, who reportedly reimbursed him part of the amount.
What the complainant said after Morena Rial's arrest
The boxer said that he was not surprised to learn that the journalist's daughter was taken into custody. "She deserves to be in jail for everything she did: she didn't just scam me, but also other people," he stated. He also emphasized that "it was an experience that taught me not to trust anyone,".

Morena Rial was denied house arrest
Meanwhile, Morena Rial remains in custody at Unit 51 in Magdalena, after Judge Andrea Rodríguez Mentasti rejected the request for house arrest submitted by her defense. According to the ruling released by Mauro Szeta, the magistrate considered that the defendant "failed to comply with the imposed guidelines" and "exposed the minor to a risk context related to the investigated illicit activity."
Thus, the judge decided to "convert the current detention into preventive detention" and not grant the requested alternative.
