Bryan Mayer achieved 21% in a key district and defeated the ruling party in Santa Fe.
At just 26 years old, the young man from La Libertad Avanza surpassed candidates from pullarismo and granatismo
In a day that left several surprises within the constituent elections in Santa Fe, Bryan Mayer, departmental candidate for La Libertad Avanza, obtained a resounding 21% of the votes in one of the most populated districts of the province, surpassing representatives of traditional forces and establishing himself as one of the revelations of the electoral process.
At just 26 years old and with a background as a war correspondent, Mayer managed to displace figures from the provincial ruling party directly linked to Governor Maximiliano Pullaro and the media-savvy deputy Amalia Granata, who had solid municipal structures and experience in management. Meanwhile, the libertarian presented himself with a discourse focused on the fight against the "political caste" and the defense of the principles of individual freedom, private property, and reduction of the State.
A libertarian upset against the official apparatus
Despite finishing in second place —behind a senator who has held his seat for 25 years—, the young libertarian achieved an election that is already considered historic within Javier Milei's space in Santa Fe.

The district in numbers
- Ryan Mayer reached 21% of the votes.
- He surpassed candidates from the provincial and municipal ruling party.
- He finished behind a senator with strong territorial roots.
- It is the third district in electoral weight after Rosario and Santa Fe capital.
This result consolidates La Libertad Avanza as a growing force in the main urban centers and highlights a change of era in the young electorate, which seeks leaders outside traditional politics.
Austere but effective campaign
Among his proposals are term limits, judicial reform, the elimination of political privileges, and the defense of individual merit as a driver of development.

The emergence of figures like Ryan Mayer and Juan Pedro Aleart —both elected convention members for La Libertad Avanza— marks a turning point in Santafesina politics. Young, with a strong presence in media and networks, they challenge the party establishment and mobilize a citizen base that demands profound reforms and a new way of exercising representation.
