Chango Más offers a 5% discount in Tres de Febrero due to the reduction of municipal rates.

The municipality of Diego Valenzuela reduced taxes, and Chango Más consequently applies a 5% discount on all its products

The policy of reducing municipal rates in Tres de Febrero is already showing concrete results in the daily economy of residents and those who visit the district.

Chango Más supermarkets operating within the municipality will apply anadditional 5% discount on all their products, a benefit available to both local residents and consumers from other jurisdictions.

The measure reflects the direct impact of lower rates on prices and on the competitiveness of companies that choose to invest in the municipality.

From the municipal administration, it is maintained that this type of decision is part of a government model aimed at streamlining procedures and easing the tax burden. "We have become a reference in simplifying and lowering taxes, eliminating absurd rates, and providing free permits", Mayor Diego Valenzuela stated in March. In the same vein, he emphasized:  "Anyone who wants to invest in Tres de Febrero won't be charged, we make everything easier, we welcome them, and we say 'Thank you'".

The immediate consequence of this policy is visible at Chango Más branches located in Caseros and Pablo Podestá, where the 5% discount on all products will be applied. The initiative seeks to encourage consumption, promote more competitive prices, and at the same time, generate a virtuous circle of investment, employment, and economic growth.

In contrast,  supermarkets of the same chain located outside the district do not apply this benefit, which highlights the tax differential as a determining factor in the price structure.

The mayor also highlighted the relevance of this long-term approach.  "We need more investment, more construction, more jobs, more housing for our children and grandchildren. We need to do it genuinely and transparently. Always preserving the identity and idiosyncrasy of the neighborhoods", he pointed out.

The premise of  "less taxes, more jobs, and more consumption" summarizes the management vision promoted by the local administration.

As background information, the tax benefit scheme is also attracting large companies. Mercado Libre announced an investment of 65 million dollars to set up a new logistics center in the municipality, with opening scheduled for October.

The project, which will cover 58,000 square meters (624,306 square feet) within the Tres de Febrero Logistics Site, reinforces the district's position as a strategic point for business development in the region.

This way, the reduction of municipal rates not only immediately benefits consumers with lower prices, but also consolidates Tres de Febrero as an example of how local policies can boost investment and energize the real economy.
