The investigation into the triple femicide that shocked Florencio Varela has entered a new chapter with the release of the preliminary autopsy results on the body of Lara Morena Gutiérrez, the 15-year-old teenager murdered along with Morena Verdi and Brenda del Castillo.
According to the forensic report prepared by experts from the Institute of Criminal Investigation and Forensic Sciences of Southern Conurbano, located in Temperley, the cause of death was hypovolemic shock, that is, a massive loss of blood.
The bleeding was caused by several stab wounds, the most lethal of which severed the right common carotid artery, resulting in irreversible hemorrhage.
Lara's body showed three main stab wounds and other additional puncture wounds. Signs of immobilization were also observed: a plastic tape gag on her mouth and neck, another tape securing both knees, and a cord tied to her ankles. At the crime scene, experts found a table knife with a black handle and fragments of green glass, items that are being analyzed for their possible involvement in the events.

The advanced state of decomposition of the body was noted by specialists as a factor that could complicate the precise determination of the time of death.
However, it was confirmed that the body was kept cold from the moment it arrived at the morgue, which could also have altered some natural indicators of the post-mortem process.
