Another excerpt that drew attention was when the actress claimed that Vicuña replied, "Who will love you with three children?" when she mentioned her desire to separate. She added accusations about addictions and alleged manipulation regarding her children's school permissions.

According to her testimony, Vicuña would have signed custody during the separation because "he was very busy," but now he would like to spend more time with the children just as the actress is in a new relationship.
