The Government approved the joint agreement of commercial employees and confirmed the wage increase scheme. The measure was made official by the Ministry of Human Capital, according to the released document
.The increase covers workers covered by Collective Labor Agreement 130/75 and has been in effect since April 1, 2026.
How much is the increase for commercial employees
The agreement establishes an increase of 5% over the basic scales in force as of March 2026. The increase is applied in a phased manner:
2% in April 2026 1.5% in May 2026
1.5% in June 2026

The agreement maintains and adds non-remunerative items during the April-June period:
Extension of sums of $40,000 and $60,000 Addition of
a fixed sum of $20,000 per month
These sums are not incorporated into the base until July 2026, when they are integrated into their nominal value. In total, non-remunerative concepts amount to $120,000 during the
period.
